Associate Construction Project​/Program Manager

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge and skill in the application of project management principles, processes and best practices.
• Intermediate knowledge of the principles, concepts and methods used in engineering, construction and maintenance.
• Intermediate knowledge of construction estimating, risk management, scope control, communication management, procurement and contract management.
• Intermediate knowledge of budget and resource forecasting principles and methods.
• Intermediate knowledge of utility infrastructure.
• Intermediate knowledge of work management systems, i.e. , Maximo .
• Intermediate knowledge of utility accounting and budgeting.
• Intermediate knowledge of and skill in using MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Intermediate knowledge of utility-scale construction programs/projects, including feasibility, estimating and scheduling.
• Working knowledge of applicable policies, rules, regulations and codes in the utility engineering field.
• Advanced skill in using corporate financial reporting software (e.g., Power Plant ).
