OVERVIEW AssignmentThis contract Business Systems Analyst 3 assignment will establish and maintain training records in support of the Safety Organization Internal Operations (NFB) at the company to help ensure the agency and its contracted business partners remain in compliance with safety training requirements. This assignment will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the Safety Organization, its stakeholders, and with multiple internal department representatives to establish, maintain, and analyze training requirements to track their completion, compliance, authenticity, and frequency needs per federal, state, agency, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) guidance.
The assignment will rely heavily on the ability to use various Learning Management System (LMS) applications, Adobe, Cority, ISN, Procore, Microsoft products, and other available software programs that perform data input, retrieval/mining, and analysis.
The Safety Organization Internal Operations (NFB) is responsible for safety program leadership, direction, communication, and process improvement. NFB administers the agency’s safety strategic initiatives to sustain safety as an agency core value. NFB is responsible for managing and analyzing data, metrics, and stakeholder input to drive positive effects in resource planning, program development, training, and safety oversight. NFB has a diverse range of personnel and functions to meet agency goals.
Personnel consist of SMEs for various hazards, Management and Program Analysts, Safety and Occupational Health Managers, Incident Assessment Program Managers, Human Occupational Performance Specialist, Training Coordinator, and Data Analyst. The functions of NFB include managing the Safety and Occupational Health Manual (SOHM), developing safety policies and procedures, partnering with agency safety committees, advising executive leadership, executing safety strategic initiatives, performing risk assessments, and analyzing data to inform work groups on process improvement.
This assignment calls for a self-motivated, professional team player with strong data management and interpersonal communication skills.

- Establish and maintain a repository or Learning Management System (LMS) database to serve as the agency’s sole source of record for safety training requirement compliance and the ability to store, retrieve, notify, query, maintain back-end integrity, allow legacy content migration, and provide analysis to stakeholders; augmented from available references, some of which are listed below:

- Facilitate the collection of individual training records, input all records into system, and set parameters for the management and retrieval of the specific data points associated with the personnel and contracted business partners that the company has an OSHA host employer requirement to oversee.
