Pay & Benefits
  • Pay: $20.00 - $21.50/hour

What You’ll Do
  • Design and lead skill-building activities for youth
  • Support positive behavior and communication
  • Guide recreational and cultural activities onsite and in the community
  • Transport youth to appointments using your own car or agency van
  • Conduct nonviolent crisis interventions (NVCI)
  • Collaborate with foster parents and staff to help youth succeed
Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of experience in social services, mental health, or caregiving with youth OR Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or sociology + 1 year experience
  • Valid OR/WA driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
