Project Manager – Heavy Highway / Civil Construction

Looking for an Experienced Project Manager--Ready for a Challenge?

Currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in Heavy Highway/Heavy Civil, Excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, and asphalt paving projects. Experience should include ground‑up projects of $15M–$40M+. Contractor is a leader in Oregon. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running. Projects start immediately, but willing to wait for the right candidate.

• Work with the project team on developing and implementing project procedures, CPM Master schedules, and building standards.
• Review the work for conformance with specifications, acceptable levels of quality, safety, and schedule.
• Determine method of construction, material requirements, and equipment. Experience with estimating is preferred.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Coordinate, plan, and supervise workforce and subcontractors.

• Solid work history with long‑term employment history.
• Experience working in teams to achieve efficient and profitable completion of projects.
• 5+ years experience with ground‑up construction and team environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Project, Excel, and Word.
• Heavy Highway/Civil project experience with the ability to run large projects successfully.
• Strong leadership skills to direct multiple projects.
