An outstanding,
full-time position has become available in the Portland, OR area for an individual with 3+ years’ experience leading a crew for Deconstruction and Restoration Construction projects. This position would earn a generous compensation package and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, Life insurance, a 401K w/ matching, company vehicle and gas card, per diem, rapid advancement options, tuition reimbursement, PTO and other outstanding perks.
work experience includes:
- 3+ years of experience in Construction is a MUST
- Experience with Deconstruction
, Restoration
, Salvage
, and Reuse/Recycle projects and processes (including Asbestos Abatement and Lead-Based Paint removal/handling) is a MUST - Proficiency in using hand and power tools is a MUST
- Experience with leading or supervising a small crew is a BIG PLUS
- Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships is a BIG PLUS
