We specialize in remodeling and renovation and are looking for a skilled remodeler to join our team at Triad Pacific Construction in Portland, OR.

You will work a Monday – Friday schedule.

• Perform remodeling tasks, including kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, and structural changes.
• Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
• Track and report daily job progress.
• Assist with material selection, ordering, and installation.

• 7+ years of experience in remodeling construction.
• Customer‑facing experience.
• Technology proficiency.
• Ability to provide your own hand tools.
• Ability to perform hands‑on work for most of the day.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation.

• 10+ years of remodeling experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Experience using project management software.

• Portland, OR metro area.
• Southwest WA.
