Job Overview

Triad Pacific Construction in Portland, OR is hiring a full‑time Handyman. We specialize in remodeling and renovation and are looking for a skilled, reliable handyman who takes pride in hands‑on work and helps keep job‑site operations organized and efficient.

Monday – Friday.

• Perform quality construction work in a variety of tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects smooth and seamless.
• Track and report daily job progress.
• Purchase building materials as needed.
• Assist in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and paint work.
• Support the Project Manager with coordination, quality control, and keeping projects on schedule.

• 5+ years of experience in various construction trades.
• Customer‑facing experience.
• Technology proficiency.
• Ability to provide your own hand tools.
• Ability to perform hands‑on work for most of the day.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation.

• 10+ years of experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Experience with construction software.
