General Laborers play a critical role at Triad Pacific, getting work done and helping the team to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest standard. They help ensure every project stays on schedule, remains within budget, and meets the company's quality expectations.

Monday - Friday

• Operate and care for construction equipment and tools.
• Help carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Complete construction tasks independently.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Load and unload construction materials.
• Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Assist craft workers.
• Ready to learn from on‑the‑job training when necessary.
• Perform site clean‑up.

• 3+ years of experience in the construction field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Technology proficiency.
• Ability to provide your own basic hand tools.
• Ability to perform hands‑on work for the entire day.

• 5+ years of remodeling experience.
• Experience in multiple trades.

• Portland, OR metro area.
• Southwest WA.
