Sargent is searching for Heavy Equipment Operators in the New England area.

If you have previous experience operating construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader or grader to excavate, move and grade earth and install structures, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Travel throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works projects.
  • Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals – plus you will be home every weekend.
Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Driver’s License (Required)
  • Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
Schedule
  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
