In this position, the Estimator would be responsible for building and navigating their own pool of business contacts and relationships
, as well as meet a sales goal of $2 million worth of excavation jobs annually once settled into the role. The ideal candidate would have prior experience selling excavation repair jobs in the residential
, commercial
, and multi-family home sector
s, at least 3 years

• Experience in estimating residential, commercial, and multi-family repair work (3 years minimum).
• Technical skills with using a computer and experience in using or able to learn software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Service Titan, GPS, etc.)
• Knowledge of excavation & unground work
• Current and valid driver's license; must be insurable
• Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
• Must be eligible to legally work in the United States
