What You’ll Do:

Support project controls, purchasing, estimating, and planning

Engage in safety audits, operations meetings, and team collaboration

Develop real-world experience on high-visibility jobs

Build relationships and learn how to lead projects from day one

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering, W/ 3.0 GPA or
• 0–4+ years of experience in industrial construction
• Motivated, coachable, and ready to grow

Compensation is DOE, with entry-level candidates starting out of college at approximately $80,000—higher for those with experience.
