Position SummaryWe are seeking an Adaptive Designer who will translate design concept layouts into pre‑press production‑ready, digital mechanical art for multiple clients and brands. The position works closely with design and account teams to build high‑quality digital mechanical files, following existing brand standards and internal workflow protocols. Adaptive Designers support the design team with technical problem solving in developing design elements and layouts, ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently, on time and on budget.
This is a hybrid role.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of basic to intermediate level client design deliverables within budget, meeting client expectations, objectives, and creative brief specifications.
- Support the design team with technical problem solving in the development of design elements and layouts.
- Meet quality standards consistently for all assigned deliverables.
- Create strong and effective internal partnerships and collaborate across the business.
- Support profitability efforts by focusing on the efficient, accurate, and timely completion of assigned creative design activities.
- Attend client meetings as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with packaging production art preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Occasional travel locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
- Basic understanding of effective creative design practices, trends, techniques, tools and processes across various touchpoints (e.g. packaging, in‑store, online, mobile, print, direct, etc.).
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, and internet applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
- Self‑motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk, hear, and see.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and is based on location, experience, and other job‑related factors. The U.S. pay range for this position is $35–$40 per hour. Benefits include health care plans (with prescription drug coverage), dental plan, vision plan, basic and supplemental life insurance, a flexible spending account or health savings account, short/long term disability, and a 401(k) savings plan.
