This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tailor based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The tailor will be responsible for performing alterations, dressmaking, and custom fittings to meet client needs. Responsibilities include working closely with clients to provide personalized service, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and maintaining strong communication to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role requires attention to detail, precision, and a passion for tailoring and garment construction.

• Expertise in Tailoring and Dressmaking techniques
• Proficient in Fitting and ensuring garments are adjusted to customer specifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and collaborative experience
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in garment construction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional experience in tailoring or a related field is highly desirable
• Passion for the craft of tailoring and willingness to mentor future professionals
