As an account manager with Trevor McBride State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. This is a hybrid role where there will be customer service and sales requirements.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Make recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must have or obtain either a personal lines license or Property and Causality license.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
