Call Center Representative (Fundraising for Charities)

Location:

North East Portland, Oregon (on site). This is not a remote position and you will work from our office.

Compensation

$18 to $20 per hour (full time equitable rate).

Candidate Requirements
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer experience.
  • Passion for helping those in need.
  • Past customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Desire for non‑seasonal, permanent employment with a growing company.
  • Ability to work with coaching staff to develop in job.
  • Reliable, consistent schedule.
Scheduling & Hours

Full‑time (40 hrs) available.

  • Schedule 1:
    Monday‑Friday 9 AM – 5:30 PM.
  • Schedule 2:
    Tuesday‑Saturday 9 AM – 5:30 PM.
