Job Details

  • Location: Pearl District – Portland, OR

    Schedule:

    3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Thursdays to Sundays

Responsibilities
  • Direct patrons to parking locations.
  • Issue tickets to customers and record required information on each ticket.
  • Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace‑period tickets) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form.
  • Complete daily shift paperwork, recording the number of transactions by parking rate, vehicles in and out of the facility, contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, validated tickets and exception tickets.
  • Deliver the company’s standards of service with each customer, maintaining required uniform appearance, greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers upon exit.
  • Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by local management according to company maintenance checklists.
  • Assist with other special projects assigned by location management.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively verbally and in written correspondence.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor when working with employees and customers.
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Availability for mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.
  • Minimum 1 year customer‑service experience (desired).

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle tools, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear. Occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment

Exposed to outdoor weather conditions; may encounter fumes and airborne particles. Noise level ranges from minimal to moderate.
