Your job will revolve heavily around providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a bright personality and prior experience operating a phone system and computer.

$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr

• Schedule customers into our online system efficiently.
• Assist customers with rental vehicle arrangements.
• Deliver world‑class customer service in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Conduct proactive outbound service scheduling and follow‑up.
• Answer service calls and manage email correspondence.

Compensation:
Up to $28.00 per hour
, depending on experience.

• Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Computer and phone literacy.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Candidates must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
