Whether you’re leading a crew, welcoming guests, or keeping things moving outside, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, safe, and positive experience for everyone who visits.

As our Event Parking Cashier, you will play a key role in welcoming guests by providing excellent customer service and processing payments in and around garages. You will ensure smooth and secure transactions while supporting an inclusive and friendly event environment.

• Greet and assist guests and staff in a fast‑paced environment
• Handle cash and cashless transactions in and out of the garages
• Handle all guest and staff interactions in a friendly and professional manner
• Stay updated on building information and be able to direct guests to entries and communicate policies
• Handle gate entries into garages and staff parking passes to help keep a secure campus

• Are at least 18 years of age or older
• Have the ability to work a flexible, event‑based schedule, including nights, weekends, and sometimes holidays
• Are able to understand and communicate conversational English; including following verbal and written direction
• Demonstrate effective and professional interpersonal and communication skills
• Can be on your feet and moving around the venue and Rose Quarter campus for several hours at a time
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a team with people of different backgrounds and abilities

• At least one year of customer service experience
• At least one year of cash handling experience
