In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between the Service Department and guests - clearly communicating vehicle needs, setting expectations, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality service experience. The more driven and customer-focused you are, the stronger your results will be.

You’ll join Genesis of Portland, located in SW Portland and proudly the only Genesis dealership in Portland - and the first ever. Known for strong operational stability and minimal turnover, this is a rare opportunity to become part of a close-knit, high-performing service team that values long-term relationships and excellence.

• Helping customers with the service on their vehicles
• Follow up to help customers if they have issues or concerns
• Work closely with other departments within the dealership
• Reviewing inspection reports with customers
• Provide an excellent customer service experience

This is a full-time opportunity. Available for shifts Monday
- Saturday.
