North Tabor Dental is a patient‑centered practice committed to providing exceptional dental care in a warm, friendly environment. We are seeking a professional, organized, and upbeat Dental Receptionist to join our front office team.

• Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and process claims/eligibility
• Collect payments and manage billing processes
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
• Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming

• Previous dental or medical office experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Comfort using dental practice management software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
