Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Dentist in Warm Springs, OR with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.
Job Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted license – any state license accepted
- Minimum 1 (one) year direct patient care experience in the past 3 years
- DDS or DMD
- 2 years of clinical experience
- BLS – American Heart Association
- DEA
