We are a small, privately owned dental practice with a dentist who has proudly served his patients since 1985. We have a close-knit team of three, and because we are small,
everyone matters. Each person plays an important role in keeping the day running smoothly, and we are looking for a hygienist who wants to be part of that kind of team.

We want a hygienist who is:

• Reliable and dependable - showing up consistently and being someone the team and our patients can count on.
• Compassionate and personable - someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know patients and making them feel comfortable.
• Educator-minded - able to explain oral health, periodontal concerns, home care, and treatment recommendations in a way patients can understand without feeling judged.
• Self-motivated - when there is a little downtime, you don't just sit and wait for the next patient. You look around, see what needs to be done, and help keep the office moving.
• A team player - willing to pitch in wherever needed and understand that in a small office, we all help one another.
• Proud of your work - you care about the quality of care you provide and the experience our patients have in your chair.

Our Schedule

4-day work week
7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
1-hour lunch

Our typical hygiene appointments are 60 minutes
, with 90 minutes reserved for new patients and SRP appointments. We believe in giving hygienists enough time to provide thorough, thoughtful care rather than rushing patients through the schedule.
