Architect Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator position at Studio Petretti Architecture seeks an experienced architect with 10-13 years of experience to contribute to design, documentation, and coordination on projects. Candidates will participate in a collaborative process through all phases, developing strong contract documents and maintaining proactive communication.

• Demonstrated experience documenting projects using Revit as the main tool.
• Familiarity with permitting processes in the Pacific Northwest.
• High proficiency in Revit (primary documentation tool), Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Bluebeam.

• Excellent communication and ability to engage in a collaborative process through all project phases.
• Creating client presentations with quality graphic communication.
• Deliver high-quality work through an iterative process.
• Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence, giving and receiving feedback to promote growth.
• Be open to learning and exploring new project types, responsibilities, and software programs.
