The Project Coordinator position at Studio Petretti Architecture seeks an experienced architect with 10-13 years of experience to contribute to design, documentation, and coordination on projects. Candidates will participate in a collaborative process through all phases, developing strong contract documents and maintaining proactive communication.
Requirements- Demonstrated experience documenting projects using Revit as the main tool.
- Familiarity with permitting processes in the Pacific Northwest.
- High proficiency in Revit (primary documentation tool), Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication and ability to engage in a collaborative process through all project phases.
- Creating client presentations with quality graphic communication.
- Deliver high-quality work through an iterative process.
- Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence, giving and receiving feedback to promote growth.
- Be open to learning and exploring new project types, responsibilities, and software programs.
