Job Description:
Our design-build firm is interested in hiring an Interior Designer to work Monday-Friday at our local showroom on Airport Way NE Portland. This position is for an experienced designer with 3-5 years of minimum experience in the design-build industry. The salary will be determined upon experience and skill set.
The Interior Designer will be working with clients on kitchen and bathroom designs, helping them with cabinet designs and design selections, quotes and scheduling meetings. You will be part of a collaborative team and work with our head interior designer, general contractor and the field team of installers.
Work Experience/Education:
Position requires an interior design degree or proof of meaningful experience in the interior design field. Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in kitchen and bathroom design field. Background in administrative/office work is a big plus. Basic design software knowledge is required.

- Creating a design Sketching preliminary plans, selecting materials and designing cabinet layouts.
- Managing the project Defining project requirements and schedules, estimating costs, and placing orders for materials.
- Coordinating with others Working with head interior designer, contractors, and tradespeople to implement the design.
- Ensuring satisfaction Visiting the site after the project is complete to ensure the client is happy.

Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:- Monday to Friday
