Coverage Needed
- Start Date:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm - Call: 4-6 nights a month, plus approximately 1 weekend a month
- Coverage Type:

Beeper - Call Response Time
Required:
20-30 minutes - Types of calls: IDT, consultation and med consults, telehealth visits, CTIs
- Current patient load: 350 patients shared between providers
Requirements
- Active OR License and OR DEA
- Active WA License and WA DEA
- Board Certification or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM), with a strong preference for Hospice experience
- BLS Certification Required
