- Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm with 4-6 call nights monthly
- 8 hours guaranteed daily with overtime after 9 hours
- Weekend call coverage approximately 1 weekend per month
- Weeknight calls range from 0-5 admits with symptom management
- Weekend coverage includes admissions and complex patients
- NP handles symptoms while physician focuses on admissions
