• Telehealth-focused hospice coverage supporting a long-term permanent search
• Full-time weekday schedule with structured shared call responsibilities
• High-volume, well-established hospice program with interdisciplinary support

• Coverage Type Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
• Guaranteed Hours 8 hours per day
• Overtime Applies after 9 hours per day
• Practice Setting Telehealth
• Admissions Required No
• Call Coverage 4-6 weeknights per month plus approximately 1 weekend per month
• Call Type Beeper
• Call Response Time 20-30 minutes
• Shared Call Coverage Between Portland and Medford
Clinical Details
• Hospice and palliative medicine telehealth coverage
• Primary responsibility for a large established hospice census shared among providers
• Interdisciplinary team collaboration including IDT participation and consultations
• Management of hospice admissions, symptom control, and crisis interventions
• Telehealth visits, consultations, CTIs, and medical consults
• After-hours and weekend coverage for admissions and complex symptom management
Requirements
• Board Certification Board certified or truly board eligible within five years of residency
• Eligible Specialties Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred, or FM or IM with extensive hospice experience
• Active Oregon license required
• DEA Active Oregon DEA
• BLS required
• Clean history
