Are you ready to make a profound impact in the lives of patients and their families during life's most vulnerable moments? At Providence Oregon Hospice , we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Physician to provide exceptional end-of-life medical care and symptom management in both home and inpatient settings.
Your RoleAs a Hospice Physician, you will:
- Lead interdisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with home health, palliative care, and hospital providers.
- Deliver holistic, patient-centered care tailored to individual medical and emotional needs.
- Provide primary oversight for one of five Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) in the Portland Metro area, including service areas in the Gorge and Clark County, WA.
- Work in a community-focused environment, with opportunities for both in-person and occasional virtual patient visits.
This full-time position comes with:
- Competitive salary of $127.50 per hour , along with quality incentives.
