Position: Part-Time Counselor (approximately 3 hours per week). Flexible scheduling available.

We are seeking a compassionate, committed Christian counselor to provide individual or small‑group counseling (not therapy) to support students facing personal, social, spiritual, emotional, and academic challenges. The role involves collaborating with parents, teachers, administrators, and students to promote well‑being and resilience.

• Active member of a Christian congregation.
• Strong personal faith and commitment to Christian values.
• Experience or interest in providing supportive counseling (not licensed therapy).
• Knowledge of school policies, child‑abuse/harassment laws, and reporting procedures.
• Ability to remain current on state laws related to student safety, suicide prevention, and mandated reporting.

• Offer confidential, supportive guidance to students in need.
• Receive and appropriately respond to referrals from parents, teachers, administrators, and students.
• Maintain confidentiality while adhering to legal and school policies.
• Stay informed about relevant laws and school policies related to student safety and well‑being.
• Collaborate with school staff to promote a positive, safe environment.
