We look for a colleague with strong industry experience and instructional expertise in residential construction who nurtures safety‑centered, hands‑on learning environments. Ideal applicants will show a deep understanding of, and sensitivity to, the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of community college students, as well as the varied abilities and experiences they bring to technical programs.

The successful candidates will teach introductory and intermediate BCT courses, contribute to curriculum development, and foster an inclusive, safety‑focused learning environment where all students can succeed.
