PCC is a student‑centered organization that looks to continually innovate program offerings to ensure student access to high‑quality, up‑to‑date, and affordable educational opportunities.
PCC currently limits employment to individuals residing in Oregon and Washington. If reasonable accommodation is needed for the hiring process, please contact the PCC Talent Acquisition Team at pccjobs
.
As Program Manager you will partner with the college, Joint Apprenticeship Training Committees (JATC), state agencies such as Oregon’s Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI), and industry members. Internally you will work with faculty and deans to recommend curriculum and ensure alignment with state requirements. You will lead a team to support existing apprenticeships and develop new opportunities in non‑traditional areas, working closely with five external JATCs and managing seven apprenticeships in Industrial Trades.
PCC is also the educational provider for several JATCs statewide.

- Three years progressively responsible experience related to the assignment, including two years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of apprenticeship structure and experience navigating federal or state systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills with the ability to collaborate with individuals, departments, and organizations at all levels—both inside and outside the college—to cultivate and maintain partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience in project and organizational leadership, including strategic planning, program administration, marketing, and program evaluation.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in building community and managing competing interests, priorities, and expectations in complex organizations.
