Overview
Energy Transaction Trader (Assoc / Mid-Level / Sr) — Portland, OR. Pacifi Corp is seeking customer-centric candidates to grow and sustain our commitment to a culture of customer service excellence, environmental sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Energy Supply Management personnel to develop strategies to optimize available generation assets such as thermal, hydro and wind to reduce Net Power Costs.
- Manage bid submissions for resources participating in Energy Imbalance Market, or any other formal independent system operator or regional transmission organization.
- Monitor the dispatch of the Company’s generating assets on an hourly basis, including use of limited resources and renewable resources to reduce Net Power Costs.
