Job SummaryBTQ is developing the most powerful and efficient post‑quantum secure hardware on the market. By leveraging processing‑in‑memory technology, we can achieve 10x the performance‑per‑watt and per‑area of conventional architectures. We’re looking for a talented Hardware Verification Engineer to contribute to our chip verification, with a focus on ensuring our silicon is both performant and secure.
Responsibilities- Improve, maintain, and extend the verification of our processing‑in‑memory accelerator.
- Work closely with the software team to develop python‑based test benches and testbench infrastructure to ensure that our hardware reflects our software models.
- Ensure that our IP can operate efficiently and reliably.
- Support the verification of hardware‑level features for mitigating power and EM side‑channel attacks.
- BS, MS, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Verilog and/or System Verilog.
- Fluent in C and/or C++.
- Fluent in Python.
- Experience with python‑based verification frameworks.
- Understanding of best practices for testbench design.
- Experience developing and verifying secure hardware, especially including side‑channel and anti‑tamper countermeasures.
- Experience with FPGA emulation.
