  Candidates can work a Hybrid Schedule in one of the following locations: Fort Worth, TX;
  Cary, NC;
  Philadelphia, PA;
  Denver, CO;
  Chicago, IL;
  Greenville, SC;
  Omaha, NE;
  Arlington, VA;
  Phoenix, AZ
• Work Schedule:
  
  M-F / 40 hours+ / 8AM-5PM (hybrid available)
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• This position requires a Professional Engineer's License!

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• A Professional Architectural License and be able to be licensed in multiple states
• 8+ years of professional Architectural Design experience
• Highly proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of building codes and applicability to industrial facilities
• Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets and reviewing schedules
• Ability to lead small architectural teams

• Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers
• Engage with clients and subcontractors
• Perform calculation checking of others work
• Collaborate with other designers in the development of layout, technical design, construction drawings, specification and model creation
• Attend project meetings and take an active role in helping the team resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines
• Participate in and champion internal, cross-discipline and external project quality reviews
• Support field construction efforts, including: reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors and performing field walks
• Perform technical and business presentations with clients and employees
• Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others
• Participate in developing proposals, budgets and schedules for process-specific work
