TRC is looking for a Senior GIS Analyst to join its delivery team and support the development and execution of industry‑leading solutions for some of North America’s largest utilities customers. You will work directly with customers, technical teams, and industry partners. Travel may be required up to 50%.

• Direct and supervise GIS Analysts and Technicians on assigned projects.
• Plan, document, and coordinate delivery of data tasks for complex projects.
• Contribute to project strategy for data management and analysis.
• Provide expertise in GIS software and technology.
• Collaborate with internal project leads & project managers on requirements.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy for deliverables.
• Reinforce TRC company values for team members on assigned project.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or university.
• 6+ years related experience in the GIS industry.
• Experience in gas, oil & gas commodities, electric or water utilities.
• Proficiency with Esri’s ArcGIS suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, other Esri applications).
• Knowledge of gas, electric, or water utility operations and familiarity with ArcGIS Utility Network and/or Geometric Network models.
• Experience with automation tools such as SAFE FME, Esri Model Builder.
• Proficient in data management, editing, analysis, and QA/QC.
• Strong analytical skills for spatial data, map, report, dashboard creation.
• Extensive expertise in technical GIS data management applications, concepts, and principles.
• Experience leading data management delivery, ensuring budgets, timelines.
• Ability to interpret business & technical requirements and formulate questions.
• Experience in multi‑stakeholder GIS projects, providing direction to stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to present to non‑technical audiences.
• Responsible, consistent, reliable behavior to meet deadlines.
• Initiative in seeking new responsibilities and work challenges.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• GIS certification or related geospatial certification.
• Experience with utility industry‑specific data models, regulatory requirements, business processes.
