Electrical Designer

Location: SE Portland
Pay: $25 - $35 per hour, DOE

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced electrical designer who is proficient with Revit and AutoCAD, can stay on top of deadlines, and provide field support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Electrical Engineer to create designs consistent with industry standard practices, client requirements and conformance to Codes & Standards
• Generate design and drawings including plans
• Interact with Clients to convey project design and identify scope changes
• Reviews project/discipline deliverables for compliance with industry accepted design principles, company standards and customer contract specifications
• Interacts with other departments and suppliers to obtain pertinent information
• Proficient with AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Auto/CAD Electrical.

What You Need to Have:

• 5+ years design experience
• 2-4 years’ experience in a related industry
• AutoCAD Certificate or minimum of 5 years proven AutoCAD experience
• Self-motivated and self-managed to learn about technology and improve processes
