The Field Service Engineerwillbeakeyteammemberinservicingandintegratingmachinerytoachievecompanyandcustomergoalswithefficiencyandgreatcustomersatisfaction .

• Overseeingprojectworkflowtoensureoptimaloperations
• Leading installation,testing,diagnosis,operations,programming,maintenance,andrepairprojects
• Performinginmachineinspectiontoensureconformancetodesignandfunctionincustomerplants
• Optimizing productivity,quality,andwastereductioninitiativesinthefield
• Trainingcustomersonmachinetoolproducts
• Communicatingclearlyandeffectivelywithseniormanagementonprojectstatuses

• Electricalcertificationorelectronictechnologydegreehighlypreferred,orequivalentexperience
• 4+yearsofexperiencewithCNCmachiningcenters,CNCRouters,Edgebanders,andPanel
  
  Saws,toolsandmanufacturingautomation,instrumentationisrequired.(MetalworkingopportunitiesalsoavailableISO CNCmachiningcenters,milling machines,lathes,turning centers,grinders,press brakes,shears,plasma cutters,laser cutters,waterjetsystems,weldingmachines,rollformers,punch presses,saws,andfabricationlines.)
• ExperiencewithPLCs(NUM,KAVARA,GOULD,BOSCH,MAGELIS,HYDRA,AB,TPA,SCHNIRAM,B&R) andPC’s(softlogice.g.XILOG,ASPEN,PANELMAC,OTTIMO,GCODES,MCODES)
• Strongexperiencewithelectro-mechanicalmachinerycommissioningandrepair
• Experiencetroubleshootinghardwareandsoftware
• Abilitytooperatehandandpowertools,aswellasmeasurementandtestingequipment
• Provenabilitytoprovideapositivecustomerexperience
• Proficiency with Genesis,AutoCAD,Alpha Cam
• Abilitytotravelheavilyforextendedperiodsoftime,paidOT(80%)

• $35-50/hour+Overtime
• Quarterlybonusof $2,500 on average!
