Help keep a major manufacturing facility project on track - from planning and engineering through construction, equipment installation, and operational readiness. Working closely with the PMO Manager, you’ll connect schedules, budgets, risks, and progress into a clear picture that helps project leadership make decisions and resolve issues.
Top 3 Technical Skills- Project Scheduling:
Build and maintain integrated schedules using Microsoft Project, tracking milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and recovery plans. - Cost Controls & Forecasting:
Support project budgets, CAPEX/OPEX forecasting, commitments, accruals, and variance analysis. - Project Reporting &
Risk Management:
Turn schedule, cost, and progress data into clear dashboards and executive reports while tracking risks, issues, changes, and follow-up actions.
- 5+ years in project controls, PMO, project coordination, or project management.
- Experience supporting capital, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, facility, or construction projects.
- Strong Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Experience with projects exceeding $50M, greenfield facilities, plant expansions, EPC environments, Power BI, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6 is a plus.
