Wholesale Intake Specialists play a critical role in Kaleafa’s operations. They are essential in keeping company stores’ inventory stocked with a diverse selection of products. Before any product becomes available to the customer, an Intake Specialist accepts and processes the product, creates labels, and prepares the product for dispatch to a retail location. Intake Specialist associates must be attentive to detail and proficient computer users.

The ideal candidate should be a team player, organized, focused and display integrity in all aspects of employment.

• Comply with all OLCC guidelines.
• Process products in a timely and organized fashion.
• Create accurate labels for product and display jars using computer software.
• Ensure each product is weighed, counted and labeled according to inventory tracking systems.
• Intake and organize products on digital and physical inventories.
• Transfer product through inventory tracking systems.
• Assist in correcting inaccuracies in inventory tracking systems.
• Work with others to keep all areas clean, organized, and compliant to ensure an effective, efficient and safe workflow.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate a state licensed digital scale
