- Act as a subject matter expert, communicating complex actuarial concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business, or a related field preferred
- ASA designation or equivalent required
- Demonstrated experience in an actuarial capacity
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in complex analysis and risk management strategies
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with limited guidance
- Prior experience with retirement and individual annuity products
- Familiarity with modeling software such as Excel, Power BI, GGY Axis, Python, or Dataiku
