FP&A Manager

LHH is partnered with a local organization seeking a strategic finance professional to help shape the financial direction of the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building models that drive business decisions.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (in-office several days per week)
• Travel: Minimal to none
• Compensation: $150K–$175K base + bonus

You’ll be the go-to resource for financial modeling and forecasting, partnering across operations, supply chain, and engineering to provide insights that shape business direction. This position reports directly to the CFO and works closely with senior leadership, but does not include direct reports.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for costing, production, pricing, and cash flow.
• Refresh existing models to reflect evolving business conditions.
• Develop long-term budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial impact of projects.
• Present financial insights to executives and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles, with strong modeling and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
• Highly detail-oriented and self-driven.
• Curious and proactive - someone who digs into the numbers and moves projects forward.
• Thrives in a collaborative yet entrepreneurial setting.
