Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Client Service Associate or similar role
- Series 65 or 66 highly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM highly preferred
- Charles Schwab or other custodial experience preferred
Your New Role

In this role you will be highly detail‑oriented, preparing and processing documentation related to client onboarding and maintenance, performing client and prospect data entry into the firm’s CRM, and preparing and overseeing various deliverables. You will also serve as the liaison between clients and investment managers to complete money‑movement requests, coordinate audit confirmations, and perform calendaring functions with both internal and external teams.
Success requires strict attention to detail, stellar customer service skills, and the ability to hit the ground running in a busy team. Prior experience in a similar role in wealth management is mandatory, and candidates with a Series 65 or 66 license will be prioritized.
