Location & ReportingLocation: Portland, Oregon
Reports To: CFO/Finance Leader
Position Type: Full-time, Exempt
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, month-end and year-end close.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage audits and tax filings; act as primary liaison with external auditors.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and best practices.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and operational teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
- Expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, and audit coordination.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Recommended range: $170,000 - $230,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
