Job DescriptionReviews loan file for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting file to Closing Department for doc prep and funding. Coordinates with loan processor in collection and examination of key documents, examines and validates specific documents to ensure compliance with Bank, regulatory and investor guidelines.
Qualifications- One to two years of experience processing or closing mortgage files
- Thorough knowledge of mortgage closing/funding process
- Strong knowledge and understanding of RESPA requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
