- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Partner with executive team to develop and execute strategic financial plans
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes
- Provide financial analysis to support decision-making, business opportunities, and investments
- Manage financial compliance, risk, internal controls, and audit processes
- Supervise and mentor finance team members
- Implement and optimize financial systems, processes, policies, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, reporting standards, and management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel>
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

Recommended Salary Range: $175,000 - $240,000 annually, adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and total compensation package.
