Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Portland, OR. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, prepare budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, offering strategic recommendations, managing financial risks, and collaborating with management teams. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business decisions and promoting profitability while maintaining the company’s commitment to high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with financial compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills
• Proficiency with financial tools, software, and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or CFA designation is a plus)
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field is beneficial
