Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee general ledger activities and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and review journal entries to maintain proper financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate financial tasks during the transition phase.
- Monitor compliance with the Transition Services Agreement requirements.
- Provide analytical insights to support key decision-making processes.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations throughout all operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced financial efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience in managing month-end close processes.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger and financial statement preparation.
- Familiarity with financial audits and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation and journal entry preparation.
- Excellent analytical skills to support financial decision-making.
- Ability to manage complex financial transitions effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
