We’re looking for a detail‑loving, numbers‑savvy Finance Specialist I who thrives in a structured but positive setting and loves being the one who keeps things balanced and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:As the Finance Specialist I, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. You’ll handle daily transactions, reconciliations, and analysis that help keep our books clean, our processes efficient, and our leadership informed.
- Enter and reconcile daily ACH debits as reported from the bank
- Monitor and process Positive Pay and reconciled checks
- Manage remote check deposits and weekly bank reconciliations
- Prepare intercompany reimbursement billings
- Audit and reconcile G&A expense accounts
- Assist with ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed
- A supportive and collaborative environment that values your accuracy and initiative

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CMiC or similar electronic data programs
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- A client‑service mindset with integrity and accountability
- Experience in financial operations or corporate accounting support
- Prior exposure to bank reconciliations, intercompany billings, and G&A audits
