AboutThe Role
Fanatics Collect is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead valuation strategy, pricing accuracy, and category expertise across our collectibles platforms. This role owns pricing standards and methodologies that support marketplace activity, cash advance products, and card review processes, with a focus on maintaining trust, consistency, and scalability.
As a Pricing Manager, you’ll set direction, provide guidance to pricing associates, and work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure pricing decisions reflect real market conditions and sound risk assessment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Help lead pricing strategy for sports cards, with oversight across modern, vintage, and TCG categories
- Establish and maintain valuation standards used for marketplace pricing and cash advances
- Support card authenticity and condition review in partnership with Operations and Trust teams
- Review and approve pricing decisions tied to cash advances
- Ensure pricing data integrity across internal systems, including catalog and valuation tools
- Manage, mentor, and provide direction to pricing associates and analysts
- Partner with Product, Customer Experience, Operations, and Marketing to align pricing strategy with business goals
- Monitor market activity, including transaction data, new releases, and emerging trends
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing workflows, tooling, and category coverage
- Operate within U.S. business hours while supporting collaboration across distributed teams
- Deep understanding of card valuation and market behavior
- Broad knowledge across modern sports, vintage cards, and trading card games
- Experience evaluating cards for authenticity, condition, and market viability
- Familiarity with pricing for financial products such as cash advances
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound pricing and risk decisions
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and review the work of others
- High attention to detail and strong judgment in fast‑moving environments
- Passion for the collectibles hobby and interest in building scalable pricing systems
- Leadership role within a major collectibles organization shaping pricing at scale
- Direct influence over valuation standards used across marketplaces and financial products
