Unitus Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Advocate at our Cascade Station branch to help members open accounts, apply for loans, and learn about services. You will provide excellent in-branch consultation and cross-sell lines of business to meet member needs.
The role requires strong communication, at least one year in customer service, and familiarity with credit unions. Oregon Notary Public and NMLS certification are preferred or required prior to completion of onboarding.
